There is an instruction sheet and replacement parts list. I think this part is made by Parker or watts . Female threads are all in perfect condition. Locking nut is working properly.
I am not 100 sure of those pipe sizes. Regulator appears to have two 1/2 not inlet and 4 inlet's. It is in very good condition and possibly has never been installed.
Sheet lists this part as a type b10 midi filter-regulator item is in very good physical condition but does have some scuffs marks.
